Mastering with Priority Service

Overview
Mastering with priority service gives you the option to get your order
ready within a 48 hour period or 2 business days.
If your goal is to make an on time
presentation to obtain a publishing agreement, a recording deal
with a record company, send your music for manufacturing your CDs or distribute your music
digitally, this option is for you.
Advances in the recording technology and our 20 years of experience, give
us the ability to create masters with incredible sound accuracy fast and efficiently.
However, one single fact remains the same; we still need to review your
master at least one day after processing to make final tweaks
to the sound. This is the 'fine tunning stage' in which we also apply
peak limiting that sets the final level
of loudness.
We feel that 48 hours pushes the envelop on expediency without sacrificing
the quality of our work.

What we do
When you opt in for this service i.e., activating 'mastering with priority
service', the engineer moves your order to the earliest possible time slot
on our schedule within 2 business days and if possible, less than 48 hours;
making sure it won't exceed that time frame.

Disclaimer
Unfortunately, sometimes we experience sudden high volumes of work or already on a busy schedule and we can't predict
if your order will make it within 2 business days.
If there
is no available slot and we can't move your order to an earlier work schedule,
you'll be contacted by email.
If you decide you still want the mastering service but within our normal
time frame, you'll be given a partial refund equal to the extra fees
you paid (The priority service fee portion only).
We will send
an email within 24 hours of receiving your mastering order, notifying
you of our inability to fulfill this service ("Priority Service not
available"). But, we recommend calling first our New York office

to make sure everything was received fine.
Mail Orders: We can't be held responsible if the order
is lost in the mail system or by negligence of the carrier or messenger
service.
Therefore, we can't give express or implied guarantees about this particular
service and we are not responsible for any consequential losses you might
have as a result.
Also, we can't be held responsible for any delays if you request further
adjustments or corrections which we can do at no extra charge, until you
are satisfied with the results (Our satisfaction guaranteed pledge).

Requirements
Advance payment is required.
You can not combine it with mastering with 'Technical
Assistance'.

Fees
and Pricing
$10.00 extra per mix or cut.
Album Mastering Deal
Sorry, no discounts here, and the charge
needs to be added according to the number of mixes to be processed.
It's important to bear in mind
that if you are getting your music mastered and delivered by mail, the
day of the arrival of your materials to our facility is considered day
0. Also, delivery by mail will add
2 - 5 extra days (We strongly recommend our FedEx second
day delivery which is roughly between $9 to $16 for USA customers).
