What is Music Mastering?

There are thousands of playback systems with all kinds of sound qualities and frequency responses. The way they deliver sound vary and depending upon their components.

From a cheap boom box to an audiophile state-of-the-art stereo system, not two systems sound the same, especially when you factor in room acoustics.

That's the reason why once you've finished your work in the studio, your music mix needs to go through one final crucial step, mastering.

Music mastering is not mixing, where tracks from a multi-track format are reduced to a 2 channel stereo mix (left & right stereo).

Mastering is the process of optimizing all individual frequencies in order to meet industry standards. The mastering process makes your sound great everywhere.

If your music is your investment (Check Mastering with Technical Assistance [?]), then you can't afford to skip this crucial step. After our mastering process is applied, your music will sound at Industry Standard.

The result is a new master cd that sounds punchier, clearer and sounding great on all playback systems.

It will make great cd, mp3, cassette and vinyl records copies.

Your music will be RADIO quality ready, which is the first thing radio program directors expect from any published material for air wave broadcast. (continues)
