What is Music Mastering?

There are thousands of playback systems with all kinds of sound qualities and frequency responses. The way they deliver sound vary and depend upon the quality of their components.

From a cheap boom box to a state-of-the-art audiophile system, not two systems sound the same, especially when you factor in room acoustics.

That's the reason why once you've finished your work in the studio, your music mix needs to go through one final and crucial step, mastering.

Music mastering is not mixing, where recordings from a multi-track format are reduced to a 2 channel stereo mix (left & right stereo).

Mastering is the process of optimizing all individual frequencies in order to meet industry standards.

If your music is your investment (Check Mastering with Technical Assistance [?]), then you can't afford to skip this crucial step. After our mastering process is applied, your music mix will sound at Industry Standard. Guranteed. Please read more at members

The result is a new master cd that sounds punchier, clearer and sounding consistent and cohesive in every play back system.

It will make great cd, mp3, cassette and vinyl record copies as well.

Your music will be RADIO quality ready, which is the first thing radio program directors expect from any published material for air wave broadcast. (continues)
