If you've recently tried to login to your account via the front end and were redirected to the Homepage instead, chances are that there is nothing wrong with your account but are experiencing a service interruption.
We have recently launched the DMS Bot
to seek, find, scan and automatically register music mastering websites on the web. This will largely increase the DMS database but the drawback is that access to user accounts will be denied.
We don't want to go into technical details but it appears that our robot script cannot operate while maintaining seamless cross-platform access between front and back ends (WordPress and PhpBB Forum) therefore, connection to the forum platform has to be disabled and this causes all users to lose access to their profile accounts at the front end.
So again, if you are experiencing this, it means that our bot is adding a new mastering website account to the database in a way that it doesn't corrupt our valuable data and it's safe.
Our developers are working hard for a solution to remedy this login issue. In the meantime, we advise that you keep on trying at different times during the day to login and be able to access your profile for editing or updating purposes.
If you need 1 solid hour during the day to do profile editing, then come between 4 and 5 pm, NY-EST. Otherwise, the DMS Bot is offline between 12 AM and 6 AM, NY-EST
. One more thing, this problem only affects the login function at the front end (/login/) so you should still be able to login from the back end (forums) to use our support boards, including our new mastering forum.
We appreciate your patience!
