Bid Price label title changed to Mastering Deal

Postby DMS » Sat May 06, 2017 7:52 am

In order to make it simple for the general public to understand, we have changed the label for our bid pricing program to read 'Mastering Deal'. This change may even allow search engines to pick us up under the keyword "mastering deal" which would benefit everyone, so it's worth to try.

The change does not affect the way one activates the bid function in your control panel (edit page mode). Members are reminded that the bid option can be deactivated anytime.

Members are also reminded that your bids cannot be within the range of your main mastering prices per track, let alone higher than.

Now, whether our labeling or new description change actually helps our SEO for that term, remains to be seen. We hope you agree with this new approach.

Re: Bid Price label title changed to Mastering Deal

Well, we decided to change again the name of this label, but to "Special Offer". We felt that "mastering deal" might turn some engineers off and besides, we are already in the top ten search results for "Mastering Deals" on Google

The term remains "mastering deals" at the visitors side of things though. That is, the "Bid" search engine which visitors use to find your mastering deals (it's what prompted Google to list us at the top in the first place).

'Special Offer' is what will be displayed on your business card as well.

Thank you.
